The house should integrate well with its surroundings and provide To create an affordable yet beautiful 1-bedroom bungalow, we focused on efficient space utilization and cost-effective construction methods. The house has an internal space of 32 square meters, with overall dimensions of about 7 meters by 5 meters.
The living room was designed to accommodate a 7-seater configuration, ensuring ample seating space. Two large windows in the living room enhance natural lighting and ventilation, creating a bright and airy environment.
The kitchen seamlessly integrates with the rest of the house, offering space for a refrigerator, cooker, sink, and storage. To save costs, a separate dining room was omitted, with the living area doubling as a dining space.
The spacious bedroom includes a wardrobe, providing sufficient storage. The front porch connects well with the outdoors, offering a relaxing space. For construction, we used bricks that were plastered and painted, though natural keyed stones can be used as an alternative. A flat hidden roof system was employed to achieve a modern aesthetic and ensure proper drainage, preventing leakage.
