Research shows that people spend majority of their lives indoors, as such, they must be designed to promote good health and comfort to the occupants.
Our design standards for healthy and comfortable buildings focuses on the indoor air quality, natural lighting and temperature/thermal comfort. We spatially arrange spaces to optimize these factors.
We have not overlooked the importance of mental well being and spaces that promote physical activity. We create spaces that encourages movement, social interaction, connection to nature, promotes a sense of community and enhances the overall quality of life.
Through this tenet, we create spaces that are conducive for productivity, rest and relaxation by taking into account the physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing of the occupants.
